One management system, ship and shore
Policies, procedures and responsibilities are documented in a single Safety Management System applied consistently across the fleet. Shore audits and onboard verification keep practice aligned with procedure — and procedure aligned with how ships actually operate.
Audit & vetting readiness as routine
Vessels are prepared for PSC inspections, class audits and commercial vetting as a matter of routine, not as a special event. Findings from any inspection are analysed for fleet-wide relevance, closing gaps on ships that were never inspected.
