Procurement & Supply Chain

Vessel operations depend on reliable supply-chain execution.

Overview

The Right Part.
At the Right Port.

MSM coordinates spare parts, stores and vessel requirements with particular attention to operational criticality, quality, delivery performance and cost discipline.

Fleet-level purchasing power is combined with vessel-level knowledge of what each ship actually needs, keeping quality up and total cost down.

How We Work.
Planned, Not Rushed.

Global sourcing on fleet-level terms

Spares, stores, provisions and lubricants are sourced through evaluated suppliers under fleet agreements. Critical spares are planned against maintenance schedules and docking programmes rather than bought under time pressure.

Logistics delivered to the ship

Forwarding, customs and last-mile delivery are coordinated so supplies meet the vessel where she actually is. Deliveries are consolidated around port calls to reduce cost, waste and operational disruption.
