Data Subject Requests

You can exercise your rights regarding your personal data (access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent) under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and, where applicable, the GDPR, by contacting Master Ship Management L.L.C-FZ.

How to Submit a Request

Information to Include

Your full name, the e-mail address or other contact details you used with us, and a clear description of your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request, to protect your data from unauthorised disclosure.

Response Time

Requests are handled free of charge and answered without undue delay, normally within 30 days. If more time is needed due to complexity, we will let you know.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, your local data protection supervisory authority.
