Your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the content of your message, and your IP address and submission time (for security and abuse prevention).

Purpose and Legal Basis

We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it — based on your request and our legitimate interest in handling business communications — and to protect the form from abuse.

Recipients

Your message is stored on our website server and forwarded by e-mail to our team. It is processed only by our hosting and e-mail service providers on our behalf, and is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

Subject to the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”), you may request: access to the personal data we hold about you; correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; erasure of data that is no longer needed or was processed unlawfully; restriction of processing; objection to processing, including for direct marketing; and transfer of your data in a structured, machine-readable format. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UAE, complaints may be submitted to the UAE Data Office.
